Open Gaming Notice & Rights Statement

The NOVACore Roll System (including the Action Roll mechanics, 3d6 resolution, Attribute Modifiers, Skill Rank Modifiers, Gravity Rating Modifiers, Target Numbers, and all associated core resolution rules) is designated as Open Game Content and may be freely adapted, modified, incorporated, or reproduced by anyone for use in any tabletop role-playing game, without restriction or need for permission.

The Void Pirates game, including its core rulebook text, setting (the Cradle, YE 500 timeline, Gravity Rating types, psionics system, Living Neuro-Core rules, ship/vehicle mechanics, economics, random tables, and all other elements not part of the NOVACore Roll System), is released under a free-to-play license. Anyone may download, print, play, run sessions, or share the core Void Pirates rules for personal, non-commercial use at no cost.

Eye Of Balor Magazine retains all exclusive commercial rights to market, sell, distribute, or produce any supplemental Void Pirates game materials, including (but not limited to) adventure modules, sourcebooks, pre-generated character packs, miniatures, card decks, apparel, digital assets, or any other derivative products bearing the Void Pirates name, logo, or specific setting elements. No third party may produce or sell such supplements without express written permission from Eye Of Balor Magazine.
